###### PRIVACY NOTICE FOR PARTICIPANTS

**Privacy Policy**

**Data Controller:** Digital Innovation Zone Association – Digital Innovation Zone – Romania.  
**Data Processor:** Envatech Solutions S.R.L. (Cardneto), Republic of Moldova.

**What data we process:**

- first name and last name;
- email;
- organization and job title/position;
- QR code;
- attendance/participation data;
- networking interactions.

**Purpose of processing:**

- event organization;
- facilitating professional networking;
- managing access and attendance.

**Legal basis:**

- performance of a contract (event participation);
- legitimate interest (professional networking);
- consent (sharing data between participants).

**International transfer:**  
The data may be transferred to the Republic of Moldova, based on the **Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914)**, which ensure an adequate level of protection.

**Retention period:**  
The data is retained for a maximum of **7 days after the event**, then deleted.

**Your rights:**  
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the **Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP)**.
