• event organization;
• facilitating professional networking;
• managing access and attendance.

Legal basis:

• performance of a contract (event participation);
• legitimate interest (professional networking);
• consent (sharing data between participants).

International transfer:
The data may be transferred to the Republic of Moldova, based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914), which ensure an adequate level of protection.

Retention period:
The data is retained for a maximum of 7 days after the event, then deleted.

Your rights:
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
